Spearheading this effort is Erin Silverman, Vice President of Filmed Entertainment, who oversees global film and television rights across a dynamic portfolio of literary talent. Erica regularly partners with top-tier producers, studios, managers, and entertainment companies—often in collaboration with elite talent agencies in Los Angeles—to bring our authors’ work to screens worldwide.

With a career rooted in excellence, Erin’s credentials include leadership roles as VP at both ICM and WMA, heading United Artists in New York, and teaching at NYU’s prestigious Graduate Film Program. She brings invaluable insight to every negotiation, having represented renowned screenwriters, directors, producers, and actors.

Together with NLCM Chairman Dr. John Pugh and Vice President Armani Klein, Erica conducts ongoing meetings throughout the year in both Los Angeles and New York, connecting directly with top industry executives. This strategic presence in key entertainment hubs ensures that New Life Creatives Media continues to deliver compelling literary properties that inspire adaptation, innovation, and global audience engagement.
